Recreational Center Refurbishment



TJ Electrical carried out all electrical works during the complete refurbishment of the Constellation Club, North Cheam. This involved overhauling the emergency lighting system, and installed new lighting throughout. We also made some alterations to the fire alarm system including adding flashing beacons in all rooms. We installed 3 compartment dado trunking to all multipurpose / office rooms and ran all power and data cabling.

TJ Electrical carried out a complete fit-out to the new industrial unit. We designed and installed a 2 zone fire alarm system and an emergency lighting circuit. We installed lighting and power on the mezzanine floor. On the ground floor we installed 3x3 metal trunking at high level and ran all power circuits through it.

Pharmaceutical Warehouse



TJ Electrical designed and installed a high bay lighting system for this unit that would give adequate light for working on the factory floor and on the mezzanine. This included installation of 27 high bay lights and 13 twin spot emergency lights. In addition we installed a 3 phase supply for a forklift charger.

Newbuild in Tooting



A complete newbuild, TJ Electrical were contracted to run all mains and telephone cabling, install satellite and door entry systems.
